Striking – Elevating Our Empty Hand Tools
Date: September 20| Time: 1:00–4:00PM | Instructor: Sifu David Mitchell
This workshop goes beyond punching and kicking—it’s about learning how to strike with purpose, adaptability, and control under pressure.
In this 3-hour hands-on session, you’ll be introduced to the striking concepts that support the Civilian Tactical (CTac) approach to self-protection. We’ll break down the real-world use of the palm, forearm, elbow, shoulder, head, and basic kicking methods. Then we’ll bring it to life with pad drills that emphasize ballistic movement, dynamic range shifts, and target adaptation.
This is not a martial arts class. This is tactical striking with practical goals.
