Your time is valuable, and so is the time and preparation that goes into delivering high-level training. To keep these events running smoothly for everyone involved, we use the following refund structure:
30+ Days Out: You can cancel for a full refund—no problem.
8–30 Days Out: Refunds aren’t available, but we’ll apply your registration as a credit toward a future event.
Less Than 8 Days Out: No refunds or credits, as the planning and scheduling are already locked in.

This training does involve movement — including getting down to a knee and back up again — so a basic level of physical capability is helpful. That said, life happens. Injuries, limitations, and mobility concerns don’t disqualify you from learning here.
If something doesn’t work for your body, we adapt. Every drill, every rep, every technique can be modified so you can train safely and still get the full value of the experience. The goal isn’t to see how tough you are — it’s to build skill, confidence, and capability in a way that works for you.
